Cycling Progress
For the week in general, I did well. Despite all the celebrating and boosin', I was able to get in plenty of workouts and my muscles and self-esteem are thanking my body for that...now, to drink more water...
This week brings new challenges as I'll be "traveling," which is hardly a common thing for me. Airport food, hotel gyms, "being on," and NYC don't really immediately scream out "this is good for your fitness progress, Justin!"
We'll see how it goes...I'm packing my running shoes and I fully intend on finding a route around a city that I've never been to before: New York City. Can't wait.
